I don't own any RV now so What do I have to do to get my name from your mailing lists? I have not been a Good Sam member for 2 years but I am still getting offers for Roadside Assistance and RV Insurance even after multiple calls over many months. I don't want nor do I need any of these products since I have sold my MH and at my age and finances will not be replacing it. Good Sam Tire & Wheel Protection Plan
I recently received a flyer advertising the Good Sam Tire & Wheel protection plan. The flyer advertised yearly rates or $ 69.95 for Class A motorhomes. My first issue is that this rate is only if the customer signs up for 5 years. My second issue is that the plan is not enforceable if the vehicle tires are deemed to not be in "good" condition as specified in the plans "terms and conditions" details. It is not spelled out who makes these decisions and the T&C details are not provided in the body of the flyer or on the web site. This is not the type of service I have come to expect from the Good Sam organization or its affiliates. R. W. White
