Member number keep changing.
Hello, we are a participant in Goodsam Roadside Assistance program. For the past three years we have been given a new member number and we’re a little bit confused and would like to ask for a merge of our three accounts. The first year I bought the program and my husband followed up the next two years. I believe it went in his name at that time. He likes to do his business over the phone instead of online and auto renewal and because of that, I think the phone agents are assigning new member numbers. Can you help me with this?

I just renewed and thought I would get a new membership card and a bit of documentation on the particulars of the plan. It's been a month and nothing . I did get three solicitations to renew RA and another solicitation yesterday to renew my standard membership via USPS. You would think if they can afford all the sales pitches we could get a membership card. Requested a call back option the other day to ask a couple of questions ( during business hours ) and nothing. Beginning to wonder if anyone is home in the customer service department ? Any body else getting the same level of service ?
