Leveling
I was just wondering if anybody has any better Solutions for leveling a class c? I am on a very unlevel area where I am parked and I live full-time in my R. V. Im using those plastic levelers and it is really difficult to use because 3 of 4 sides are different heights. I don't know if anybody has any other suggestions that might help. I want to find a way to make it easier to do and a little more secure than what I have now.
Learned an expensive lesson today
We have been fulltime rving since Feb. 2019. Didn't realize that unless you have and live at an actual address you can't get a bank loan. Crazy!! We have had a few other problems also with not having an actual residence. We had to buy a new truck and take it all from our savings. We had no choice. So those of you wanting to do this Lifestyle keep a piece of property it will make this lifestyle easier. Tara
ebike for a heavy rider?
I'm 285 and want an ebike to cruise the campgrounds, trails and maybe a nearby town. Anybody out there think what they have can help me out or maybe know of a fellow camper has what may work for me. I've seen PLENTY advertised and reviewed, but I'm looking for real world suggestions. Some of the things I've seen that appear to work well are mid-drive units that take advantage of the derailleur, fat tires seem nice, step through, 48v, NOT a built in or special designed battery that will not be in production in a few years... What else should I be looking for and some suggestions please. Thanks, Phil.
No place to camp in Florida
Just a little rant. I love people are getting out rving. But **** I live here in Orlando Florida. And for the life of me I can get a camp site anywhere in fl. We must have 8000 campground in Florida and I can't go camping. They all keep telling me I have to book 11 or 12 months out. Smh. I just want to go camping use my rv. I am really getting tired of it to the point I am sending letters to our Governor and Senators. The only choice I have no is Walmart..lolNew to RVing
Ole and Sven were taking a vacation in Sven's new camper. As usual, they'd become lost and were wandering around a strange town trying to find the highway. Sven was just starting down a grade to go under a bridge when he slams on the brakes. Ole: Vat da heck you do dat for, Sven? Sven: Dat sign dere says "Low Bridge. No Vehicles Over Twelve Feet High." Dis here camper is t'irteen feet! Ole: Cripes almighty Sven, dere ain't no cops around. Yust hit da gas pedal and go for it!
