Alabama road conditions
Alabama roads are in very poor shape. On 4 lanes sometimes it is best to use the left lane rather than damage your rig.

- My experience with AL roads is mostly good, with anything around Birmingham being the exception. In fact, I could make the same statement about everything in AL, not just the roads. BTW, I am not an AL resident, but I do own property in the state.
- Finished a 7300 mile trip a month ago, and by far,I-65 southbound through Birmingham was the worst.
JK - I came from Los Angeles to Orlando awhile back on I-10 and the worst roads I saw were in Louisiana. About beat my mess to death.
- I can’t believe that California roads are better and I’m a Californian.
- Just got done with 231 and I-65 and they were horrible.
