If you are talking about U.S. border enforcement they have always been rude & arrogant.Nothing has changed much over the years. They also treat other lawenforcement bad too. Just because they can. They refuse use of their gun lockers to other police officers at the border. Forcing them to locate local police stations to store their weapons. JMHO
