Wyo- I wonder how many city / county / State / Fed LEOs cross in a week ? I can imagine the storing / safe keeping / tracking of those weapons could be a PIA and a unwanted responsibility by them.
If the rule is the keeping of all LEOs, and im sure, retired LEOs firearms at numerous PDs and Sheriff's office, so be it! No reason to speak badly of the men and women at the crossings for not wanting to be responsible for your stuff!
