WOW, no wonder we can never get you to stop as you are crossing. True I would not want to live there but have seen a lot worse areas on both sides of the border. I am going to ask some of the agents about the punishment statement. Never heard that before. There is a big difference between AZ & MX Nogales. USA policies have nearly driven a stake thu the heart of Main Street Nogales, SON., MX.
