Living in a border town I have seen the results of peso devaluation, narco drug smugling and the economy slump, it has taken a big hit on both sides of the border in the economic well being of small to medium buisneses on both sides, Tijuana has a street that used to cater to the turistas, shops, restaurants etc.
Today 80% of those buisneses are closed, on the US side we have also seen the efect of the border, my favorite steak house closed on the first devaluation and my favorite chinese restaurant closed at the last recesion in the US, when the United States economy sneezes the rest of the world gets to sneeze in a ripple efect.
I try to look at the world in a positive light, after seeing what some humans can do to other humas under the influence of drugs, I am a firm beliver of the "357 LAW" caught smugling or dealing drugs of any kind, I will be glad to purchase the ammo, I have "ZERO TOLERANCE"
As I said beefore DO NOT LIE to a federal officer or law enforcement under any circumstance, once you have crossed the demarcation line AKA border line and you have contraband you have broken the LAW, treat every one politlly and with respect and you wil be treated in the same manner, it as always worked for me.
Yes Nogales, Arizona is OK in my book, I have been to some mining towns that are really hugly and nasty, my uncle was a mining engineer and when I was a kid I would go with him to some of the mining "towns".
The CBP agents get transfered to Nogales so that they learn real fast what the smuglers are doing, this way they can be sent to San Diego, we also have big two legged moles, you should see the size of the tunels tha they dig, they are big!
Have good day, que tengan un buen dia.
