I drove to Florida over Christmas. While there is construction on I-75 in Ohio, I did not experience any significant delays (I came through in mid-afternoon so avoided rush hour). Most of the construction is just south of Toledo where they are in the process of widening I-75. I looked for alternate routes but did not find a route that didn't take me well out of the way.
