Can't access Trip Planner

Question

Just joined Good Sam Club and tried to use the on-line trip planner. I assume from this page: http://www.goodsamclub.com/travel/freetriprouting/ you click on the "PLAN YOUR TRIP" button. That only takes me back to the login screen...I'm already logged in. I tried it with different browsers and got the same result.

Must have been a glitch with the system, I just tried it and it is working fine, BTW, I am using Google Chrome.

At home, I contacted GS support and was told to remove the Good Sam cookies. Works every time. I still haven't figured out how to get it to work on the iPad. Keeps sending me to the old planner....

No problem, signed in. I saw at the top it new who I was, then went to plan my trip.Look in the top right corner. If you are log in, your name will appear.
