Why can't I access trip planner?

I have a current membership and every time I try to access the trip planner I get a buy a membership page and can't access the trip planner. It seems as if they are forcing me to purchase an extension of my already current membership which I resent. What gives?

  • The website and the membership data are terrible. Admins never follow through on anything. I have been trying to get an updated membership card for nearly a year. Now that Roadside and Membership are combined, I can't get into my membership area - says my number is not valid.

    Been like this for months. What I found out was that if I logged completely out and then logged back in I was able to get to it. Admins won't do anything. We had a thread on this some time ago.

      This site is not getting better.  Stuck in loop again trying to plan a trip.  Instead I get redirected to buy another membership.  Waisted of time.

      I would like a refund pls.
