Why can't I access trip planner?
I have a current membership and every time I try to access the trip planner I get a buy a membership page and can't access the trip planner. It seems as if they are forcing me to purchase an extension...

The website and the membership data are terrible. Admins never follow through on anything. I have been trying to get an updated membership card for nearly a year. Now that Roadside and Membership are combined, I can't get into my membership area - says my number is not valid.
