My wife has a week off in september looking for a place to go within about 6-8 hrs of cincinnati, any ideas?

If you like Amish culture, Holmes county is one of the largest communities of Amish in the country. Berlin, Walnut Creek, Charm, just to name a few towns. We have been there many times and really enjoy it. There is a campgrounds close to Winesburg called Amish Family Campground that we like as it is quiet and reasonable and clean. Run by Mennonite couple who are very nice. I think last time it was $25-27/nite. Water and electric only with dump station. If you want something a little closer to the middle of things, Scenic Hills in Berlin has full hookups and is fairly nice. We camped in the bottom level and really enjoyed it.
