We have driven our little Chevy Tracker in Puebla and it was very busy and tight though we eventually found a parking place. I think the truck and pop up would be really tight. Some parking areas might be OK but I doubt you'd fit in the underground or most inside lots. I think leaving it in Cholua is the best bet. You won't loose much time, getting out of Puebla to highway during the morning rush would take as much time as getting there from Las America park.
