I did ask a police. Going south in PV, you have to take the lateral after the airport, there is a sign that says something like cargo vehicle and a truck sign. When you go north of PV, you can join the center lines at the home depot, pass the airport.
But, when you join the main center lines, you have to use the right lane, going in or out of PV.
As he told me, going north you can use the lateral pass the airport like in Bucerias for example, but one thing for sure, I would use only the right lane when in the center lines while you are in or out of PV area.
