Estes Park via 34 or 36?

I was leaning towards 34 but that was just based on Google Earth images.

34 should be open after Memorial Day - but I'd Check to be sure.

36 is open and will be the heavier used of the two.

You could come up from the South on RT 40 or RT 9 to Grand Lake and enter on the West side - BUT - also need to check to be sure Trail Ridge is OPEN.

Be aware that there is major construction on 34 due to the road being rebuilt from the floods
