What would be the easiest route from Vernal to Spanish Fork while pulling the signature 5W.

You pickup 191 in Duchesne then grab 6 where it connects with 191 just north of Helper
OR 40 to Heber than 189 to Provo then I-15 to Spanish Fork
Both are about same distance/travel time
