I15 to Arco,ID

Want to take rt22 to rt33 to rt26 from I15 to Arco,ID. Anyone have experience on this route pulling a fifth wheel? Thanks for your help, Dave
  • Assuming you are starting at the Dubois, ID exit and heading East to Arco, it is high mountain desert (i.e., flat and barren), but you do get great views of the Lost River and Lemhi mountain ranges - Mt. Borah in the Lost River range is the highest peak in Idaho. No problem with a 5er.

  • Sorry. I thought they were asking about I15 to Arco. I needed to read more carefully.
  • If you are starting from Jackson,Wyoming and going over Teton pass on route 22 DO NOT DO IT!

Take US 26 from Jackson to Idaho falls then US 20 West to US 26 to Arco.

From Jackson to Idaho Falls will be anything but flat and boring.
