Quick Note - There is Construction, in a MAJOR way, just south off the Del Memorial Bridge, around the I-295/I-495/I-95/US-13 spaghetti interchange there. It is, at the moment, most directly affecting people heading to I-95 SOUTH from that spot. If you are coming down I-95 from the Philly/Chester/Claymont side, it is not quite so bad. Therefore, at the moment, and for the next few months, if you are headed for that spot of the universe, DO NOT, repeat DO NOT come over the DelMem Bridge from the Jersey side, but instead, hop over the Commodore Barry in Chester PA onto I-95/I-495 south instead. Once you get south of Bridgeport/US 322 on either I-295 or the NJTP, you're stuck and will HAVE to go over the bridge and face potential LONG delays.
If you do hit the bridge, and you're headed to US-13 SOUTH, stay to the RIGHT all the way across and through the tolls. The two right lanes that exit to US-13 are not to bad, it's the two LEFT lanes that head for I-95 where the back ups are.
