Looks like an okay RV park. Any first hand info on this location, last price I had was %50.00 a night. Be there middle of Sept. Couple nights.

Head a little North to San Juan Bautista, Betabel RV Resort, better price, and very nice. Unless you want to be in the city. Marina Dunes, is another option. Never stayed at the fairgrounds RV park
