Looks like an okay RV park. Any first hand info on this location, last price I had was %50.00 a night. Be there middle of Sept. Couple nights.

Stayed there 2 years ago. As mentioned, asphalt parking lot, the sites can be tight (width wise). The location is great. Heads up on one item, the hookups are common, two sites share the hookups. Have extra lengths of sewer and electrical in case you are assigned to a site where hookups are on the right side of your RV. As I recall hookups are located to the rear of the sites. Since my electric is in the rear I had no problem. Hose, and sewer routed under the rig. Enjoy Monterey.
