Newport, OR to McMinnville
Which route is easiest to drive in an RV.....Hwy 20 then 99W or up 101 to Lincoln City then Hwy 18?

From where to where? It does make a difference. If you want to get to I5 then 18 to valley junction and 22 to Salem is the easiest. 20 from Newport has less traffic but also has one narrow section that requires some caution. 30 from Astoria allows you to bypass Portland completely.
