Which route is easiest to drive in an RV.....Hwy 20 then 99W or up 101 to Lincoln City then Hwy 18?

donn0128....We are specifically going to McMinnville from Newport to go to the Evergreen Aviation Museum. After that we are going to the Columbia River Gorge area, so I assume I just get to I-5 from McMinnville, then take 205 to loop around Portland to I-84, right? Do you know the best way for this leg?
