Which route is easiest to drive in an RV.....Hwy 20 then 99W or up 101 to Lincoln City then Hwy 18?

Yeah, I'll go up to Sherwood. I don't mind some traffic. I've driven the RV in Phoenix and also I-5 through Seattle in traffic. Can't imagine it's worse than that. I'll only be driving 100 miles or less on that day, so no problem if there is a slow up.
