Which route is easiest to drive in an RV.....Hwy 20 then 99W or up 101 to Lincoln City then Hwy 18?

A lot of it is just 1 or 2 lane with stop lights. Not that bad you just can't make any time. When you get to I5 you need to go South about 2 miles to catch I205 North. Have a safe trip.
Don't know what you have planned but the Port of Cascade Locks has a nice rv park and if you have time there are sternwheeler trips from the docks there. This is also a good base to see Multnomah Falls, and visit the Vista House at Crown Point.
