Which route is easiest to drive in an RV.....Hwy 20 then 99W or up 101 to Lincoln City then Hwy 18?

Thanks for your input. Some years ago, I did stay at Port of Cascade Locks campground in a smaller motorhome. Loved it! Won't stay there now with the 12' underpass limit. I'll probably try Bridge of the Gods Motel/RV Park or Cascade Locks KOA. Or maybe Ainsworth State Park. Any opinions?
