Which route is easiest to drive in an RV.....Hwy 20 then 99W or up 101 to Lincoln City then Hwy 18?

Didn't think about the 12 ft clearance. Only time we stayed there we were in a 2004 National Tropi Cal which only needed 12'1".
Can't help too much with any of the other parks, you will have the same problems of freeway noise and trains no matter what you pick as you are crammed in between the gorge and the river. My personal opinion is you can't go wrong at an Oregon state park.
