WE tried to stay in one in HMO. We were at a fiesta and I was way beyond .08. They wouldn't let us stay. This one only rents by the hour. We had a friend ( now deceased) that had a gift shop in Kino. He would travel south to buy goodies. Always stayed in one of those motels. Inexpensive and very clean.
