I visited the Bell Museum - fascinating! I knew Bell invented the telephone, but I was not aware of all the other things he did, and activities in which he was involved. Baddeck is a very interesting little sea-side village. Loved it. Made it to Sydney, but unfortunately did not make it to Louisbourg.
Campground owners at Baddeck Cabot Trail CG were German. Had a good time practicing my Bayerisher dialect bad Germany with them.
We'll definitely check out the British shop and proposed restaurant in Parksville next year. We always have to make at least one trip down that way, visit the British Shop, then continue out to Cathedral Grove. I am still in awe at those giant Douglas Firs! For a flat-land Oklahoma boy, those are some real trees!
