Pahrump, NV to Central OR coast?
Looks like north from here would be quite a bit shorter...but no interstate. Cut through Old Station after Reno? Connect up with I-5 at Shasta?

- It's 100 miles more to take the interstate. Allowing for speed the trip time is about the same.
- Now I'm thinking Reno to Klamath Falls to Ashland. Heading to Florence and there's road that branches up to Reedsport at Roseburg.
- Typically, we leave Laughlin mid March to start heading North into Oregon, via Sparks, but it's going to be delayed a couple weeks this year due to the weather. It's pretty nasty up there still.
We usually take 38 or 126 to the Coast after N on 395 to Alturas, to Klamath Falls, then 97 to 138.
Probably not gonna tackle it till maybe first week of April, or end of March this year.
If you are leaving that early, might be safer to take 5 up.
Safe travels - You might consider 395 north connect with 31 NW out of Lakeview, 97 to Bend and 22 to the coast.
