Pocono campgrounds

Planning a trip to the Poconos. Narrowed down our campground choices to Silver Valley Campsites, Saylorsburg or Mountain Vista Campground, East Stroudsburg. We have a 36' 5th wheel so I'm a little concerned about accessibility to these campgrounds. Some of the reviews suggest that it is very hilly terrain with low hanging branches. Either campground would be convenient to explore this area.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Checked reviews for Otter Lake & they were all very positive. Called & booked a site.

    I've never been there, but Otter Creek is supposed to be really nice.

    Mountain Vista didnt impress me last year when we went. I used to go there atleast once a year but gonna pass for a few years. Its not terrible, just ok. I would personally do otter lake. Love this place.
