Question on route to Columbus OH from Kingsport TN (US23)

Looking at taking US 23 north from Kingsport to Columbus, will be pulling a 27’ TT with an F250 6.2l gasser. Any cautions taking this route? Any suggestions for some easy access gas stations along this route?

    For the most part it is OK road. You get a lot of 2 lane in KY but with a 27 footer you should be able to do it just fine. No real bad hills up or down. Been a while since I've been that way but it was a pleasant drive when we did take it.

    Columbus can be terrible with traffic at times of day.
