Yes its do able then Rt 40 in VA to 122 ? Tractor trailers do it all the time.
NC 158, 65-68, VA 40 & 122 are all two lane Rt 220 is 4 lane from 68 to VA Rt 40. Rocky Mt VA
No turn to 68 / 220 basically 68 becomes 220.
Not bad, I pull a 36 ft 5th wheel on most of that.
