Thanks midalantic, I was beginning to think nobody had been over that route, I go through that area all the time I have kids in Statesville but had never been to Mountain lake from Statesville I was planning on going to Greensboro and hit 220, went to Map Quest to get the distance and ETA and it showed this route.
