RT. 17 NC to Charleston?

Hey y'all--traveling RT 17 down the coast and am concerned about road conditions after Matthew. Anyone in the area or who has recently traveled, how is the road between Myrtle Beach and Charleston? Any flooding still there or have the waters started to recede? Thanks for any updates.

    Check with the South Carolina DOT - yesterday 17 might have been closed southbound around Georgetown. (trees) Plan where you are going to stay before you leave. Some places are not open and those that are might be full. A day more will make a difference.
