looking for a place to spend one or two nights in Spokane, preferably on the northwest side of the city, in town or a few miles out.

Here is our campsite. Backed up right on the River:
- Riverside State Park in Spokane is awesome, close to town but still in the real outdoors. Bowl and Pitcher campground.
Miles and miles of hiking and biking trails really nice scenery right along the Spokane River. Water and power at most sites.
Don't be deterred by the windy and narrow road to get to the park, it is well worth it. Some of the road even goes by residential areas but is paved and smooth.
