Actually, Tri-Cities WA is about 150 miles NORTH of Toronto.
If you take the same latitude as Toronto and go out to the west coast you end up a little south of Eugene OR.
Well, actually WA is Washington state. TriCities is Kennewick, Pasco and Richland.
