Here in Zihuatanejo, it's been warmer than usual. We are still hitting 90 daily. So far our lowest night time temp has been 70.8. Usually by now we have had a few chilly mornings in the 60's.
Haven't had a chance to take the water temp in three weeks, but just refound the thermometer yesterday. Last measurement was on December 15, and was 83.1, a drop of two full degrees from December 1. We measure surface temp at the same spot in the bay in about 6 feet of water.
