Stockton to Bakersfield(Arvin)..... 99 or I5 Making this trip in moho, wondering what kind of shape hyways are in?? thanks

neither 99 or I5 are good drives or good roadways. if just getting from point A to B is the goal, I would use the 5. Driving a big RV in the right lanes of 99 is very frustrating with all the frequent on/off exit/entrance traffic constantly cutting you off.
