Stockton to Bakersfield(Arvin) 99 or I5

Lord if 99 has improved, hate to see what it was before. Just used both I5 and 99. Both are ruff. Hit some spots on both rattled my teeth. Would recommend I-5, just a little less ruff.

I recently took 99 and was amazed at how much it has improved.

I5 is torn up in Stockton, but there is construction on 99 too. I normally take 99 down the valley simply because 5 is such a boring drive.
