I frequently stay at the The Seton Lake campground (19 days in total last year). This free campground fills up fast and the best campsites with shade will already be taken. However there is a large open area that can accommodate any sized truck/trailer combination but it can get very hot out there during the day as there is no shade. Also the campground has no hookups and only has pit toilets (which though, are kept impressively clean.)

As others have mentioned, the highway between Lillooet and Pemberton is driven by 1000's of people and different truck/trailer rigs every year. Take your time descending from Duffey Lake and let your transmission do most of the work and you will be fine.
