Whistler BC
Will be showing up at Whistler BC this summer but for 3/4 of a day. What would your must see things to go see there? Also coming east from Kamloops so if there is anything to see on the way to Whistle...

I dunno..people ask for advise or insight or information..they get a bunch of it, then don't allow for it..and express concern when it's all over. I get not asking...a man doesn't need to ask, for God's sake...but..when you do, and then come back talking about how bad it was? That part? I don't get.

Whoa.........take it down a level buddy........I was never in danger but some of the hair pin turns come up on ya fast and had to brake very hard even in a low gear and going very slowly, I was always in 2nd gear not 1st gear as i was waiting for the 15% degree hill for that. I was never in danger nor was anyone around me, was always in control. I used the advice in this thread to a tee but my tranny can only hold back my truck so much without getting too fast when coming to the turns and tried to avoid using my brakes as much as possible.

Taking this road with all the knowledge beforehand and having an idea of what was coming, and doing it safely, i will still say it, it is one hell of a road regardless.
