I realize you didn't ask for general advice, but do your plans take into account the possibility of illness or a desire to stretch your geography beyond pod plodding for sight-seeing, grocery shopping, etc.? As snowbirders ourselves we find our camper is not Sanforized, and as it shrinks as the days and weeks go by, it helps to get way away.
It's possible you will be comfortable spending a lot of time in your MH, but you might find a golf cart a reasonable compromise between foot power and horsepower. In AZ you can license them and take to the streets. That may be the case elsewhere. You may have friends with snowbirding experience that can give you some of their knowledge and experiences.
Of course, you may have given this a lot of thought and are aware of what's ahead. If so, I wish you a great winter with several more to follow! :)
