Sorry, this is not what you want to hear, but you are, without question, guilty. The camera pictures in #A show you stopped at the light, and picture #B shows you entering the intersection on the red light. The fact you could not see the light does not offer you a defense, but adds to your culpability. You entered the intersection without a clear view of the traffic control device. You should have waited until the vehicle ahead of you moved forward enough to see the light. You did not, and entered the intersection on a red light. just be thankful someone was not over anxious at that light and ran into you! YOU ARE GUILTY AND PAY THE FINE!
You really should accept responsibility, pay the fine, and move on. If $60 is really a hardship, may I suggest that you cannot afford to snowbird.
