We stayed at the Lake Powhatan Recreation Area Campground (National Forest Campground) - http://cfaia.org/lake-powhatan-recreation-area-campgrounds-in-north-carolina/ . It was very nice. Check out RV Parke Reviews - http://www.rvparkreviews.com/regions/north-carolina/asheville/lake-powhatan-recreation-area . It’s about 12 miles to the Biltmore Estate and 12 miles to downtown Ashville easy drive.
