Beach Camping North Carolina
Looking for a cg heading south from ocracoke island towards Wilmington. From what I can see Cape Lookout is tent only, so I guess I will by pass that. Any suggestions?

Cedar Point is a USFS campground w/electric hookups in Croatan NF just over the bridge at the south end of Emerald Isle. Large sites, many with a fair degree of privacy.
Cape Lookout NS doesn't have any developed campgrounds and is accessible only by boat or private vehicle ferry. It does offer the greatest beach camping on the east coast in my opinion,
