Beach Camping North Carolina
Looking for a cg heading south from ocracoke island towards Wilmington. From what I can see Cape Lookout is tent only, so I guess I will by pass that. Any suggestions?

No roads Gary but Morris Marina in Atlantic runs a ferry capable of carrying four or five vehicles to Portsmouth Island and there are a couple of operators in the area offering a similar service to South Core.
Truck campers are fairly common on Cape Lookout but they get back ond forth on the ferries.
