There is Prince William Forest RV Campground, Pohick Bay, Little Bennet Campground and Bull Run are all public parks that are cheaper than Cherry Hill.
I don't recommend Urban Docking. particularly if you are not familiar with the surroundings. Trying to stay in a major city for free is kind of silly
