Boulder, Colorado

Golden Gate is beautiful, quite wooded. We did see some fairly big rigs in there.

All have nice facilities. St Vrain will be a bit noisy, due to it's proximity to I-25. Golden Gate Canyon is beautiful and quiet, at about 9200ft, it's between Boulder and Golden. Boyd Lake is also quiet and is about 45 minutes or so from Boulder.

The Boulder County Fairgrounds in Longmont has a campground. 25 minutes from Boulder.
Water/elect/dump station.

That's about it. Boulder is an expensive, high class place. They don't want us lowlife campers around. ;)

RV Park Reviews.com shows nearly nothing in Boulder. Check the link below. While on that site look at the upper right portion of the first page and you'll see other locations close to Boulder that offer campgrounds. For example, other locations listed are Longmont, Lyons, Golden, etc. Click on those locations for campgrounds there. There doesn't appear to be many, but this is a good source to use to search for campgrounds close to Boulder.
