This July? The only way you will get into Koadachorme will be a cancellation - but those are possible. At a first come, first served - plan to get there early and grab as someone pulls out. If you are coming from far away, get a one night reservation close by (maybe at Ruby's) and then head in early.
I just got back from a 3 week visit from Southern Utah. It was obviously not summer (though we did have to contend with easter week in the beginning) but the popular non reservation CGs really do have people doing what I suggest, so can all be gone by mid morning.
